Our warehouse is back up & running to our usual shipping times. Orders being placed before 11am AEDT (Melbourne time) are being processed same day, while orders placed after or on public holidays & weekends are shipping next business day. 

Please allow an extra day or two if you need your order for a certain date, as Aus Post are still slightly affected by the current restrictions & any unforeseen delays are possible.

+ The Australia Post mail network is affected by Covid-19 and they are working adapt as quickly as possible to get on top of increased volumes. 

+ Express post current delivery time is on average 2-3* business days, while regular is 7* business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time while things are always changing, so please order ahead of time if you need items by a certain date. 

* Express Post guarantee has been suspended, however express will be prioritised and arrive to you much quicker than regular mail. 

+ Please keep a record of your return tracking number so we can keep an eye on those for you & extend return windows where necessary. Once received we do process these within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL UPDATES:

We have currently suspended some international locations. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, but due to limitations with flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee international delivery windows and we don't want to let you down. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as they come through should our operations change. .

Covid-19 Returns Policy Update:

We understand that while there are limited planes and handling with the mail system at present, that receiving and sending back your purchase for exchange or refund is not likely to happen within our usual 14 day period. 

We have now extended this to a 30 day period for domestic orders. Should your return fall outside of this period we can assess on a case to case basis. 

International orders have up to 60 days to send their order back, as international mail is still affected. If your country is not accepting mail at present please just get in touch with an email when you've sent it back for our records.
