Covid-19 Updates

The Australia Post mail network is still slightly affected by Covid-19 and they are working adapt as quickly as possible. 

Please rest assured our warehouse is still operating and orders placed before 12pm will still be packed and sent off the same day, purchases made after 12pm or on weekends will be packed & sent the following working day.

+ We might see a slight day or two packing delay on Mondays & Tuesdays while our fulfilment centre works through everyone's weekend orders, or  a possibly delay a day or two delay after a promotional event or product launch with increased volumes. This includes sales and promotional events. In the lead up to Christmas, we suggest opting for express post where possible or ordering ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

+ We might also see some shipping delays over the next couple of weeks while Australia Post manages delivering at a lower capacity. If you want your order quickly, we do recommend using the Express Post option.

+ Express post current delivery time is on average 3* business days, while regular is 10* business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time while things are always changing, so please order ahead of time if you need items by a certain date. 

* Express Post guarantee has been suspended, however express will be prioritised and arrive to you much quicker than regular mail. Victoria should also expect 2 day delay on the times above.

+ Customer returns that you have posted seem to be slower than usual too at the moment, so please keep a record of your return tracking number so we can keep an eye on those for you. Once received we do process these within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL UPDATES:

We have currently suspended some international locations with the exception of New Zealand, USA, Canada, select countries in Europe and Asia. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, but due to limitations with flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee international delivery windows and we don't want to let you down. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as they come through should our operations change.

+ USA, Canada, Mexico 

+ UK, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Austria 

+ New Zealand

+ China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam 

If your country is not listed please check back again soon, we are adding countries as shipping delays ease or increase. 

Covid-19 Returns Policy Update:

We understand that while there are limited planes and handling with the mail system at present, that receiving and sending back your purchase for exchange or refund is not likely to happen within our usual 14 day period. 

We have now extended this to a 60 day period for domestic orders. Should your return fall outside of this period we can assess on a case to case basis. 

International orders have up to 90 days to send their order back, as international mail is heavily delayed. If your country is not accepting mail at present please just get in touch with an email when you've sent it back for our records.

Christmas Delivery Dates:

Get it in time for Christmas! Our cut off dates for arrival by Christmas are: 

+ Regular Post Aus Wide: December 12th

+ Express Post Aus Wide: December 19th 

+ USA, Canada, UK & EU: 23rd November

+ Most of Asia: 23th November 

+ New Zealand: 27th November
