INTERNATIONAL UPDATES:

We have currently suspended international shipments with the exception of New Zealand, USA & the UK. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, but due to limitations with flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee international delivery windows and we don't want to let you down. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as they come through should our operations change.

AUSTRALIA WIDE UPDATES:

Our warehouse is still operating for Australia wide orders and orders placed before 12pm will still be packed and sent off the same day, purchases made after 12pm or on weekends will be packed & sent the following working day as usual.

Please note we might still see some shipping delays over the next few weeks while Aus Post gets back on track.

Australia Post are doing their best to get parcels out as timely as possible - but after seeing a huge influx of online shopping during this period along with safety processes they must implement there are delays in the shipping process. 

Due to safety procedures when handling parcels it means your order will have less scans than usual, it will not be updated as regularly as normal.

Delivery times we are seeing right now are up to 2 weeks for domestic orders and 6 weeks for international orders. We do recommend opting for Express Post to receive your parcel quicker.

We thank you kindly for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time, and so grateful for your orders.

Covid-19 Returns Policy Update:

We understand that while there are limited planes and handling with the mail system at present, that receiving and sending back your purchase for exchange or refund is not likely to happen within our usual 14 day period. 

We have now extended this to a 30 day period for domestic orders. Should your return fall outside of this period we can assess on a case to case basis. 

International orders have up to 60 days to send their order back, as international mail is heavily delayed. If your country is not accepting mail at present please just get in touch with an email when you've sent it back for our records.
