How do I shop KAT intimates?
Our pieces are available to purchase online, through our website. To shop in store, check our Stockists tab for your closest store.
What's my size?
Our sizes come in xsmall, small, medium or large. You should select the size most similar to your usual cup size and dress size.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify secure payment gateway for all safe and secure transactions. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and many international cards.
All pricing is in AUD once you reach checkout, but is converted to the most up to date exchange rate at the time of purchase.
How can I track my order?
After purchasing, you'll receive a payment confirmation email. Once payment has been confirmed, the processing and shipping process will begin. Depending on your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be updated and emailed to your address.
Some Australian orders may not receive a tracking number. If your order is over $70 in value you will receive a tracking number (this is due to the size of your parcel being carried with Australia Post, unless specifying express shipping in which all parcels have tracking available.
All international orders will receive tracking numbers that can be tracked on their own countries postal website once order has arrived in that country. This takes a couple of days to be updated so please be patient with us while we get your tracking number processed.

How much is shipping?
Domestic: All Australian orders over $20 have free regular shipping, that can take between 4-7 working days. Orders $19 and under will incur a fee of $5 for regular shipping.
Express Shipping is included for domestic orders over $150 AUD, please use the coupon code 'over150' at checkout to redeem this offer and receive your order in 1-2 days.
For express shipping on domestic purchases less than $150, the cost is $9 AUD if requested at checkout.

International: We now do free international shipping on all orders over $50 AUD, a flat rate of only $9 AUD will be added at checkout for orders under $50. For shipping times check out our the shipping tab.
If you need your garment urgently, shoot me an email for express international shipping rates.
Otherwise you can always check our locations tab, there could be a lovely boutique near you with our pieces available.
We now offer express international shipping for a flat rate of $30 AUD.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed between Monday - Friday, prior to 12pm, will begin processing that day. Products after this time may be shipped the next day, even if express is selected.
Purchases made on Fridays after 12pm, Saturdays or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday (due to us needing a weekend too!).
Purchases made on public holidays will be sent the next following working day.
Note for the busy Holiday period: orders may incur a 2 day packing delay while we catch up on orders, please also allow for longer shipping time due to peak periods with our shipping partners.
What's your returns and exchange policy?
We understand sometimes shopping online can be risky, which is why we have an easy and straightforward exchange and refund policy.
While we hate for you to receive anything less than perfect, items which are faulty can be exchanged or refunded (considering garments have been cared for as per our care guide here.)
If your bra doesn't fit or you've simply had a change of mind, we're happy to exchange or refund you. Underwear cannot be refund or exchanged at any point due to Australian Health Regulations.
Items that have been worn with makeup or perfume present, or have missing tags, can not be exchanged or refunded.

Please note that garments returned will be posted at the shoppers own expense. We will however cover the postage re sending the new garment back to you.

Please note: Underwear bottoms cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health regulations, so please select your sizing carefully! See size guides here.
How do I care for my KAT products?
Kat intimates are delicate and intricate. Please read the care labels carefully before you remove them.
Garments must be cold hand washed only, with a gentle soap. Garments that have been washed incorrectly and are damaged cannot be refunded.
Do not soak your garments too long, do not wash at a high heat and do not tumble dry.
Dry flat in shade.
Store your garments in the Kat garment bag provided. They can also be gentle machine washed in cool in these bags.

Can I order KAT as a gift?
Of course! Shoot me an email after you purchase and I can add a custom message + wrapping, if requested, and will ensure no receipt is sent in the package. Your receipt will be emailed directly to your provided email address.
