Please keep in mind our shipping times may be slightly impacted while we go through a lockdown due to the pandemic and a reduced workforce.

There may be a slight delay in packing your order due to a reduced team packing and processing orders. Australia Post is also slightly impacted with an influx of parcels in their system as well as a reduced workforce, to see current delivery times to your location you can read more here

Please note that Express Post is still the fastest postal option, but current circumstances mean that Australia Post can't guarantee next business day delivery at the moment. 

Australia Post has advised that due to a reduced capacity, there will be less scans on your parcels than usual. If your order says Pending or We've Got it, it just means that your parcel has been packed and sent, and will be with you really soon!

If you need your order by a certain date we recommend opting for express post to avoid disappointment or reaching out prior to purchase for an estimated delivery date.

Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems.

If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is AU$20 to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend. Thank you for your understanding!

Can you ship to my country?

Currently some of our shipping countries have been removed temporarily due to affects on the mail network due to the pandemic. We are updating these often so appreciate your patience.

- Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Poland, France, Germany, Italy, UK

- China, Hongkong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam 

*These are Aus Post Express & Aus Post delivery times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order.

New Zealand orders are shipped with courier Amarex. This is a direct injection method and is a very consistent & reliable service. Tracking numbers may take a few days to become trackable while the parcel is in transit, and will be scanned once the parcel lands in NZ. You can track your orders here.

US & Canada orders are shipped with DHL. This is a reliable courier service & we're excited to offer on our website. You'll be able to monitor the progress of your parcel here

Rest of World orders are shipped currently with Australia Post, and once parcels arrive in your country are trackable on the Aus Post website as well as the local postal network once the parcel lands. You can track your parcels here.

Address Changes

If you have entered the wrong address or need to update an address, please email us immediately at support@katthelabel.com to amend. Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we only have a small window to be able to make any changes. 

Please triple check your address before placing the order, as we are not responsible for missing parcels if we could not update address in time.  

Dispatch

All orders are shipped the same day that are made before 11am (Melbourne, Australia Time) Monday to Friday. Orders made after 11am will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery & Order Costs

The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Order Tracking

You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch. 

Customs Charges 

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing orders with Kat the Label, as we do not cover these fees. 

Royal Mail customers: Royal Mail charges import VAT and duty on items over $15 pounds. This charge is the responsibility of our shoppers.
