Allocator

We are a female-founded and led team based in Cremorne, VIC looking for a Allocator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Planning & Operations Manager, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual eager to build their career in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in fashion retail to develop their allocation and inventory management expertise. You will play a key role in supporting the Planning team to optimise stock distribution, manage inventory flow, and help drive product performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Planning team in analysing sales performance, stock levels, and margin results to inform allocation and replenishment decisions.Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.Assist in allocating stock across retail, online, and wholesale channels to maximise sell-through.Monitor inventory levels and identify risks and opportunities relating to stock flow and coverage.Maintain product and pricing accuracy within internal systems.Work closely with Buying, Warehouse, and eCommerce teams to support product launches and stock movements.Assist with seasonal planning and forecasting through data analysis and reporting.Contribute to weekly trade meetings with relevant allocation updates and insights.

Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in an allocation, planning, or retail operations role, ideally within fashion or retail.Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.A genuine interest in planning and a desire to grow within a scale-up brand environment.A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in fashion and retail analytics.
