Position: Wholesale Operations Coordinator
We are a female-founded and lead team based in Cremorne, VIC looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual looking to build their career in a fast-paced environment. The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining our wholesale operations and will work with partners such as David Jones, Revolve, Nordstrom, ASOS and more!
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:
-
Oversee sales operations on platforms like JOOR and NuOrder: approve orders, arrange payments, and coordinate fulfillment with our warehouses.

Generate and analyze sales reports using SPS Analytics.

Manage wholesale platforms, including E2Open (ASOS) and Tradestone.

Collaborate with our sales agent on order approvals, recuts, and strategy planning.

Operations Coordination:
-
Maintain and update the wholesale tracker to ensure accurate order processing.

Review wholesale orders for accurate pricing, sizing, and product details.
-
Manage order fulfillment, invoicing, and SOPs for picking/packing processes.

Utilize Cin7 for branch transfers, stock allocation reports, and inventory management.

Oversee ticket creation for Fineline/Checknet processes.

Audit partner websites for accurate imagery and copy; make necessary updates.

Coordinate the photography sample process.

Upload product data, imagery, and line sheets to wholesale platforms.

Wholesale Freight Consolidation & Fulfillment:

Manage Hong Kong/China consolidation and fulfillment processes.

Coordinate freight consolidation for wholesale and bulk orders.

Book and manage freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Liaising with warehouses on packing requirements and timely fulfilment
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role

Familiarity with platforms such as JOOR, NuOrder, Cin7, SPS Analytics is a bonus but not required

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail

Strong knowledge of excel is a bonus but not required

Strong communication skills and liaising across teams
