Kat the Label · Cremorne, VIC · Full-time (Hybrid)
Kat the Label is growing fast - 3 markets and no signs of slowing down. We're looking for a Merchandise Planner to own the numbers behind our product assortment and help us scale without the chaos.
If you love digging into the "why" behind the data, thrive with autonomy, and get a kick out of building better processes (not just following the old ones) - this one's for you.
What you'll be doing:
Building seasonal merchandise plans - sales, margin, stock forecasts
Managing open-to-buy and flagging risks before they become expensive
Turning sell-through and markdown data into clear recommendations for leadership
Partnering with Buying, Production and Wholesale on range planning and delivery phasing
Levelling up our forecasting processes as we scale internationally
What you'll bring:
4-6 years' experience in fashion/apparel planning
Strong grip on OTB, sell-through, stock-to-sales and markdown fundamentals
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (Style Arcade experience a bonus)
A confident communicator who can influence across teams
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
What's in it for you:
Summer Fridays with a 3pm finish
$1,000 RRP KTL wardrobe every year
Additional Womens Health Leave + Paid Parental Leave
A genuine seat at the table in shaping Planning as we scale globally
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you - send through your cover letter and resume to careers@katthelabel.com

At Kat the Label, we believe in supporting our team through every stage of their journey - including pre-conception, pregnancy to new parenthood and beyond. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our KTL Paid Parental Leave policy, going beyond statutory entitlements to offer real support when it matters most.

Our staff are awarded extra personal days each year to assist with additional Women’s Health Leave such as endometriosis care, IVF, egg freezing, miscarriage recovery and perimenopause support. Flexible return-to-work options, including part-time, remote, and gradual transitions.

We’re excited to be partnering with The Encoreship again in 2026, following the success of our first year with the program.
The three-month paid program creates meaningful pathways back to work for women+ following a career break, offering hands-on experience and support to help build confidence and reconnect with their careers.
We’re proud to continue supporting an initiative that empowers women+ as they take their next step back into the workforce.
