Welcome to the Sunday Society FAQs. For any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our support team, but we hope to have covered most of your questions and concerns below!

The Sunday Society is Kat the Label's loyalty program. A place where you can earn points while you shop & redeem rewards and perks.

You can view your points balance on your account page. Make sure you log in to Sunday Society to view your points.

In the account section, you will be able to see if you have points to redeem. The first reward is available when you've earned 1,000 points.

Your points will remain pending for 30 days after making your purchase. After 30 days, your points will be approved and will be redeemable through your Sunday Society account. 

No. Unfortunately you are only able to redeem one reward per transaction.

You will receive 1000 points for referring your friend once you friend has made a purchase. They will need to make a purchase using your unique referral link, so make sure you refer them through your Sunday Society dashboard.

You can refer as many friends as you like and will receive 1000 points for every friend referred!

If you recently made a purchase, your points will show as ‘pending’ for the next 30 days. If you don't believe you have received the adequate points for your activity, please reach out to support@katthelabel.com

Your bonus perks will be communicated via email! Make sure your email is up to date in your account.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to refund the difference for any unclaimed rewards. But, your rewards will last for 12 months, so there is plenty of time to use them!

Approved is the number of points you currently have in your account. Your points will remain 'pending' for 30 days after you make a purchase and will then be approved. Cancelled is due to a customer return or exchange.

Your points will expire after 12 months. You will receive an email reminder before your points expire.

There are no limits to the number of points you can earn!

If your friend cancels their order, you will not be eligible for the 1000 bonus referral points. But the more friends you refer, the more points you will earn, so you can always refer someone else!

Your account balance would go down if you redeemed your rewards or if your pending points were cancelled. If you believe your points have been unfairly removed, please reach out to support@katthelabel.com

You can redeem your points by visiting your accounts page. If you have points to redeem, you will see your reward code there.

No, you won’t be able to redeem the points made from a purchase that has been returned. When you first make the purchase, you will notice your points ‘pending’ but if your purchase is returned, the points will be cancelled.

You can redeem one dollar value reward at any one time. You will be able to see the rewards you can claim on your account page.

Your birthday reward will be sent via email, 7 days prior to your birthday.

Your free express shipping code will have been emailed to you once you entered Tier 3. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder or reach out to support@katthelabel.com

You will ascend to a new loyalty tier when you meet the minimum requirements of that level. For a full overview of our loyalty tiers, click here. 

If you have descended a level, this is due to your points expiring after 12 months.

To become a Collector, you will need to spend $200 within a 12 month period. To become a Connoisseur, you will need to spend $350 within a 12 month period. For a full overview of our loyalty tiers, click here.

A review request email will be emailed to you 2 weeks after you have made a purchase! Keep an eye out in your inbox! You will need to complete the review straight after you receive the email in order to claim the loyalty points.

Yes, absolutely! Anyone can sign up to become a Sunday Society member.

You can reset your password via the login page by clicking 'forgot password'

If you would like to leave Sunday Society, please reach out to support@katthelabel.com and we will be able to remove your account.

If you would like to rejoin Sunday Society, feel free to reach out to support@katthelabel.com however your points will not be duplicated across into your new account.
