What is the Sunday Society?
The Sunday Society is Kat the Label's loyalty program. A place where you can earn points while you shop & redeem rewards and perks.
How do I join?

How do I view my point balance?
You can view your points balance on your account page. Make sure you log in to Sunday Society to view your points.
How do I redeem my Sunday Society points?
In the account section, you will be able to see if you have points to redeem. The first reward is available when you've earned 1,000 points.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire after 12 months. You will receive an email reminder before your points expire.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?
No. Unfortunately you are only able to redeem one reward per transaction.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There are no limits to the number of points you can earn!
What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?
Approved is the number of points you currently have in your account. Your points will remain 'pending' for 30 days after you make a purchase and will then be approved. Cancelled is due to a customer return or exchange.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
If your friend cancels their order, you will not be eligible for the 1000 bonus referral points. But the more friends you refer, the more points you will earn, so you can always refer someone else!
Why did my account balance go down?
Your account balance would go down if you redeemed your rewards or if your pending points were cancelled. If you believe your points have been unfairly removed, please reach out to support@katthelabel.com

Can I use points during checkout?
You can redeem your points by visiting your accounts page. If you have points to redeem, you will see your reward code there.

Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?
You can redeem one dollar value reward at any one time. You will be able to see the rewards you can claim on your account page.

I placed an order but didn’t receive any points.
Points are only allocated to Sunday Society members. Once you make a purchase, your points will be 'pending' for 30 days and will then be approved. If you believe you’re missing points, please reach out to support@katthelabel.com
I shared Sunday Society with a friend on Instagram, why haven’t I gotten extra points?
You will need to refer your friend through your account dashboard. You will not receive points for referring a friend until your friend has made a purchase using your unique referral link.
Can I refer multiple friends?
Yes! You can refer as many friends as you like! You will receive 1000 points for every friend referred using your unique referral link. You won't receive your points until your friend makes a purchase and they will need to make a purchase using your referral link.
How can I leave a review to earn points?
A review request email will be emailed to you 2 weeks after you have made a purchase! Keep an eye out in your inbox!
How do I receive my perks?
Your bonus perks will be communicated via email! Make sure your email is up to date in your account.
Can anyone join?
Yes, absolutely! Anyone can sign up to become a Sunday Society member.
