We are excited to offer our Melbourne Metro customers same day delivery from our Cremorne Retail store using our fast and easy courier service powered by Rendr.
If your order qualifies based on your postcode you will have the option to select ‘Same Day’ or ‘Within 3 Hours’ delivery at checkout.
Simply place your items in the cart and input your shipping address to see if this shipping option is available to you.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Place your order before 11:45AM AEST and receive by 7PM that day.
Prices starting from $10 and scale based on distance from store.
DELIVERY WITHIN 3 HOURS
Place your order by 3PM AEST and receive within 3 hours from order placement.
Prices starting from $15 and scale based on distance from store.
Our store hours are 10AM - 5PM Monday - Friday and 10AM - 4PM Saturday - Sunday for all of December.
For orders placed after the above cut off times, your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Please ensure you are at the delivery location to accept your package as we do not require a signature.
FAQs
Simply place an order online at katthelabel.com and choose same day delivery if this option is available to you. Our same day delivery service is available to all delivery address within a 30km radius of our store pending inventory is in stock.
Once you have placed your order and selected ‘same day delivery’ or ‘delivery within 3 hours’ our store team will pack the order and request the courier service to come and collect your order for delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking of the delivery driver so you can watch your Kat the Label goodies come your way.
The delivery driver will come to the address listed in the order and drop it off to you, we ask that you make sure you are available to receive during the delivery window. If the driver is unable to find you they will leave the goods at the door of the delivery address with no signature required.

Delivery prices start at $10. As you go to the checkout online, the delivery price will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
All same day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr.
