Same Day Delivery

We’re excited to offer same-day delivery for Melbourne Metro customers! Orders are delivered between 6–10 PM on the same day and must be sent to a residential address (no PO boxes or offices).

If your postcode qualifies, the ‘Same Day’ delivery option will appear at checkout.

Simply add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address to see if this service is available for you.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Place your order before 11AM AEST and receive between 6-10PM that day. 

Prices starting from $10 and scale based on distance from store.

For orders placed after the above cut off time, your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Please ensure you are at the delivery location to accept your package as we do not require a signature.

Simply place an order online at katthelabel.com and choose same day delivery if this option is available to you.

If your postcode qualifies, the ‘Same Day’ delivery option will appear at checkout.

Once you have placed your order and selected ‘same day delivery’ our team will pack the order and request the courier service to come and collect your order for delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking of the delivery driver so you can watch your Kat the Label goodies come your way. 

The delivery driver will come to the address listed in the order and drop it off to you, we ask that you make sure you are available to receive during the delivery window. If the driver is unable to find you they will leave the goods at the door of the delivery address with no signature required. 

Your order will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery prices start at $10. As you go to the checkout online, the delivery price will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Unfortunately not, once an order has been placed we will not be able to cancel the order.
