We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. You’ll receive tracking via email once your order ships. Orders placed between Monday - Friday, before 11am, will begin processing on the same day. During peak season there might be a small delay, so see our delivery page for an extra information.

Delivery times depend on your location but within Australia, standard delivery will take between 5-10 days and express delivery within 1-2 days. Our warehouse is located in Melbourne. 

We also offer same day delivery and 3-hour delivery within Metro Melbourne. If this option is available to you, it will show up as a shipping option at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 AUD (otherwise $7.50), and free express shipping for orders over $150 AUD (otherwise $9.50).

For the UK, anything below £135 has no duties & VAT will be added at check out.

Yes! If your order is eligible for return you can bring your return items into the store for exchanges and refunds, as long as they are within the returns period.

We don’t currently offer Click and Collect in store, but feel free to call or text us on 0491 684 148 for any stock enquiries.
