Returns & Exchanges on full price items

We understand that shopping online is always a little risky. Will it look good on me? How will it fit? Is the fabric as nice as those photos? Thats why we're happy to refund or exchange any full prices garment up to 14 days within Australia and 21 days internationally of receiving your order, so you can look as beautiful as possible in the correct fitting and suitable garments. If a style doesn't fit, please return the garment and we'll replace it with the correct size. If you don't think this style suits you at all, we're happy to refund you. We're all about looking after you and what you're most comfortable in. 

Unfortunately, due to health regulations. we cannot exchange bottoms for any reason, so please check our size guide and choose carefully. 

Garments that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with swing tags attached + original invoices. Garments that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume cannot be returned. 

Please note there is no refund on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue credit notes. This includes items purchased through online specials and sale discounts. *This does not include your 10% newsletter sign up code.

Terms and Conditions for Monogram styles

Unfortunately due to the unique customisation of the monogram bralettes, we're unable to exchange or refund them for any reason. 

Please select sizing carefully as this style is satin fabric and has less stretch than our other designs.

How to swap my garment?

If your garment is eligible to return, please fill out the returns form provided in your parcel. Once your return is received, we will be in contact with the email address provided on your order to discuss new sizes or styles should you request a replacement.
