Welcome to Kat the Label E-Boutique. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.


Returns & Exchanges;

If you change your mind you can request an exchange or return of your purchase for bralettes and bras only. We strictly do not accept exchange or refund on underwear bottoms due to Australian hygiene regulations. 

shiWe recommend returned goods are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Kat the Label does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Items being returned postage is the cost of the customer.  

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage and with all original tags attached. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for Australian orders, and within 21 days for International orders. Returns after this date cannot be accepted due to our turn over of new designs.

Kat the Label has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error. 

Please note that the Kat the Label returns policy does differ for our online store and third party stockists. Contact our customer service team online or the boutique directly for their return policy. 

Sale, discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items, or underwear for any reason. 

Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during Sale or Promotional Periods. We do not accept refunds for full price items when they are listed on sale.

Shipping & Delivery;

Kat the Label E-Boutique ships merchandise using Australia Post and DHL E-Commerce. 

Domestic orders over $70 are shipping using Australia Post and require a signature on delivery due to missing and stolen parcels. If you would like signature removed because you are not home, please let us know prior to purchase. Shoppers requesting no signature on delivery please make sure your letterbox is a safe place to leave parcels, as we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. 

Domestic orders under $70 are sometimes sent unregistered, which means there is no tracking number available. This is to keep our shipping costs down on smaller orders, so we are able to provide you with complimentary shipping. Should you need tracking on a smaller order, please select express for $9 at check out, and you will receive a tracking with this. 

Free delivery within Australia on orders over $20 and free on worldwide orders over $50! Orders under this amount will incur a $9 shipping fee.

International orders sent using DHL E commerce and offer full tracking and do require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service using your countries local delivery service, or alternately DHL webtrack. 

Orders requesting Express International Post are sent with DHL express. This is a flat rate of $30AUD added to your cart. To see more on this service check shipping terms here


We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.


Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 48 hours. We are unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend (we need time off too!). 

Please note, during sale periods and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed due to higher volumes. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.

Royal Mail customers: Royal Mail charges import VAT and duty on items over $15 pounds. This charge is up to the responsibility of our shoppers, for more information on this, please see their charges here

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Kat the Label will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. This can be due to public holidays, strikes or union action, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances during the delivery of your order.

Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
