EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unworn, unused and in their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Returned in their original packaging where possible

Free from marks, stains, perfumes, odours or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit when you notify us of your withdrawal, your refund will be processed after the returned goods have been received and assessed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded where required under applicable EU consumer law.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalised or custom-made products

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery, including underwear and swimwear

Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items
